Our summer has been really fun so far! On June 10 we celebrated our third anniversary! It has gone by so fast! We went to the Lion House for dinner and didn't realize that it was the Lion House Pantry downstairs... cafeteria style... It was still fun to go and the food was delicious! Afterward we rented some movies and had a nice evening together!
On the 4th of July we went to the Murray parade with Dave's family. I always enjoy going to parades... it's my favorite part of the 4th! That evening we went to our friends Megan and Trevor's house and had a BBQ and fireworks! It was a lot of fun!
Dave has really been into fishing lately. He will go as often as he can with friends. He hasn't had any luck yet with catching a big fish, but he has caught little ones. He still has a lot of drive to go for the big one!
We went overnight camping up to Coleville on the 17th. It was a really fun campsite. They had a fishing pond for kids, swimming pools and activities for the kids. On Saturday morning, Dave wanted to go fishing before we left, so he went to the river and had a really big fish on his line, but unfortunately the line broke and the fish got away... Dave was really upset! Poor Davey...
And on the 24th, Dave went fishing AGAIN with his friends Troy, Greg and Patrick at 5:00AM! They went to the Provo river up by Midway, but wasn't able to catch anything, but still had fun! I had a lot of fun sleeping in... haha!
That afternoon, we went to the fair at Bountiful Park with my family. It was fun to see the grandkids riding the ponies, getting their faces painted and playing games. Afterward we went to my parents house and had a yummy BBQ. Then to my aunt Whitney's for dessert and roasting marshmallows! It was a fun holiday!
