Connor Luzon Snow

Weighs 8 lbs. 3 oz. 19 1/2 inches long

On Monday October 5, 2009 at 4:59pm we welcomed our Connor into our family! We immediately fell in love with him! He is perfect! We have been very blessed to have him and couldn't be happier to be parents to this sweet little boy. We cannot get enough of him and are really grateful to be his parents.

We went to Jordan Valley Hospital at 7:00am and were induced at about 8. Everything was going great. I could feel the contractions coming on and at that point I was at a 4. I decided to get an epidural. The bad part was that it only worked on my right side, so it was very difficult feeling the contractions. The epidural on my left side was almost gone and it was growing unbearable. My nurse checked me again and I was at a 10. The anethesiologist came back and gave me a stronger dose. It was time!

I began to push every 10 minutes for an hour. It was a long and slow process. After that I continued to push for another hour. It seemed like nothing was progressing. Again my epidural was wearing off on my left side. My doctor came in and asked if I wanted to continue pushing or try the vacumn method. I was definately done pushing! So we decided to try it. All Connor needed was a little pull and he was out! At 4:59pm, our little boy came into the world!
